Warranty and Shipping

For our ultrapure inhalers we recommend you register your device with the serial number to ensure you get easy replacement under the one year warranty in the event of a manufacturing issue with your device.

Return policy:

  • Products purchased from a third party retailer (store or online). Immediate refund may be available by returning your product to the original place of purchase. Return Policy of that particular retailer will apply.
  • Any accessories that have been opened.
  • Mypurmist devices are personal use products and cannot be returned once used. Unused product can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund unless specific specials extended this period.
  • Products returned must have a valid itemized receipt.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refunded.
