- Warranty: We’re confident nothing will go wrong, but if it does, we’ll make it right. Assuming you have followed our directions in the user manual, within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the device at no cost to you. To activate your warranty complete the product registration here.
- Support: Get the most from your product with easy access to email support and more.
- Updates: Get updates on new products and new accessories, or feature updates.
To register, please send an email to support@nirvanabeing.com with the following:
- Product name
- Serial number (on bottom of unit)
- Purchase Date
- Please take a photo of your purchase receipt or scan your purchase receipt and attach.
- Where you bought Mypurmist (mypurmist.in or nirvanabeing.in or other)
